By filling out this simple form below, you can have your dumpster pickup scheduled and underway. If we receive your request by noon, most dumpster pickups can be scheduled for the following business day. Currently we do not pick up on the weekends. All pickups will occur during normal business hours (8 am-5 pm), Monday-Friday. The schedules for pickup (as with delivery) are made at the start of each day and based on the most efficient route for each driver. We will not have the schedules on-hand to give you an exact time, although we can sometimes give you an estimated time of arrival for the driver if we are able to get in touch with them. Please note though, the drivers are not allowed to use their phones while on the road so reaching them may not be an option.
Unfortunately we do not provide same-day service. If your request is received before 12 pm, we can typically have one of our drivers out to you the following day. If this request is received any time after 12 pm, we will try our best to schedule your waste removal for the next day however, it is more likely that the soonest your roll-off can be picked up will be in 2 days.
There are a few things to remember when you prepare for your pickup. First, make sure the fill requirements for the type of debris you are disposing of are met. This means that if you are throwing out heavy debris such as dirt or concrete, they must be alone in the waste container. They cannot even be mixed together. Also, the open-top may only be filled approximately halfway up the height of the walls. This is due to the incurred weight of the substances. Any unit filled higher than this will be unable to be loaded back onto the flatbed and result in a trip fee of up to ninety dollars. For standard debris, the container should be filled level with the height of the walls with nothing hanging over the sides of the unit.
When it comes to removal day, make sure the roll-off dumpster is ready for pickup and that there are no issues that will keep the driver from removing the open-top from the site. This means the area is free and clear of all vehicles and obstructions. As with the delivery, the flatbed will require a great deal of space to maneuver into the location. Avoid the trip fees and ensure that nothing is blocking the dumpster in the space. Please have the waste already loaded into the container on the date you schedule for removal. Our drivers are unable to wait around if you are still filling the waste container and they will have to leave if it is not ready for removal when they arrive. In short, be done with the project when you schedule the pickup.
