Depending on what you will be throwing into our waste container, a specific size or type of roll-off will be sent out to you. Before you schedule your delivery, there are a few things to keep in mind.
Be certain whether you are going to need a permit or not. If the entirety of the waste container will be on privately owned property, then a permit is not required. However, if any part of the dumpster will be on public property (such as sidewalks or city streets) then you must first acquire a permit with the city before we can drop the unit. Our drivers will not deliver the roll-off if there is the necessity for a permit and one has not already been acquired. This will result in a trip fee for you of up to ninety dollars.
Our flatbed trucks that deliver the dumpster to your property need a great amount of space to maneuver and unload/load the units. Remove any vehicles or other obstructions from the location before the scheduled delivery date. If our drivers are unable to reach your desired location they will not drop the dumpster onsite. Likewise, if the street is too narrow or there are low-hanging wires, the truck will be unable to reach you. As long as the area is clear and accessible for the driver, there will be no issues with the delivery.
